Hover Text For Titles Does Not Strip Color Codes

Observation: When channel titles contain color codes, they are rendered in the title bar correctly, but the alt text when hovering over the title bar does not remove the color codes and they show up as numbers.

Expected Behavior: Color codes should be stripped from the title hover text.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a channel with a title containing color codes.
• Hover over the title to include the browser to display the alt/title text.
• The color code(s) will be visible in the alt/title text. e.g. "The next word is 01COLOR"
