Hello
I used the TVB-recon pipeline to process DTI and DWI images, and generated a connectivity.a2009s folder, which including a weights.txt, there are 167 brain nodes in total. I want to know what is the brain segmentation template used to generate this weights.txt , and whether it is aparc.a2009s+aseg?I run my own script using aparc. a2009s+aseg, but the final generated weight matrix has only 163 nodes.

Please compare the region names in the two results and post the discrepancy here, as I just asked in my reply on the mailing list.

Hello, I compared my own script with the results of TVB-recon. There is really a difference. My own script uses the label about aparc.a2009s+aseg in mrtrix3: FS_ a2009s. txt. There are 164 brain regions in total, and TVB-recon generates 167 brain regions. Three brain regions are different, and the name of brain region is ctx_ rh_ Unknown, ctx_ lh_ Unknown, brain stem.
