Describe the bug
I am trying to remap my key binds on my kbd67MKIIRGBV3 and have problems with the BKSP,\LCTRL, LALT, AND LWIN keys. As shown in the picture, I tested the keys to ensure that it's not a hardware problem, and that the program could detect all my keys.

Those are my keybinds from the image that made the keyboard work properly. I had to use the \ keymap for the backspace for my keyboard to register the key as a backspace button. The same goes for the Lwin and the Lalt key. Whenever I press the Lctrl key, it triggers the LWIN key function.

I am currently using the latest version of VIA

VIA FIrmware protocol: 9
Desktop: Windows
Browser: Chrome and EXE

I have tried removing the device from the device manager, restarting my laptop and cleaning my keyboard, as well as switching out the switches.

Have you tried reflashing your pcb with the official firmware and seeing if that helps? Seems like it’s a firmware issue more than a config issue.
