LCtrl activated when pressing RAlt

When pressing the Lalt key on my new Monsgeek M1, the LSTRG key is also pressed. I am not shure ifn this is a software or hardware problem, but i would like to ask if anyone of you has had this problem before, and mazbe how you fixed it. I am using the temporary fix to remap Lalt to the key, but using this as indefinite solution is sadly no option for me, as I am using an ISO-DE keyboard layout.

With german (and multiple other) keyboard language RAlt is AltGr and what you described about left control also being registered is expected to happen on OS side.
