So far I haven't seen it appear again, however I did see the cooked eggs turn into burned mess.

Chef has since confirmed that they can also see it, so it is not an isolated incident (admin observing could not)

I'm not familiar with this map, I assume the chef is on the floor below?

I cant remember, in all honesty, The chef only has one grill on this map, directly below this tile. I'm gonna see if other foods are affected, and other maps.
