APC cupola switches to singlefire

Description

For some reason the cupola on the APC will sometimes switch into singlefire and you can't turn it back

Reproduction Steps

1. spawn apc
2. fire it, sometimes it will stop being auto and switch to singlefire, not sure what causes it
