Description

Bull primo does not work at all if a primo Bull is spawned in directly, whether it be the Valhalla spawner or the admin spawner. It only works correctly if a non-primo Bull is spawned and it reaches the upgrade points needed with T2 primo purchased (i.e normal gameplay).

I can't add much else to this since I don't really understand code, though I have to say that Bulls code seemed fairly jank from what I could make out, particularly in charge_crush.dm. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Test Merges

No idea man, no one played Bull enough to even realize it's primo wasn't working in Valhalla. Even I only realized it because I was messing with code.

Reproduction Steps

Using the player panel to max out upgrade points also works, it just needs to get upgraded while alive, instead of spawning in with primo already unlocked.
