The AI core cannot be pulled anymore

Description

You used to be able to pull an AI once they unbolted their core, with normal ctrl click or verb pulling.
Now, even when unbolted, it is no longer possible. The only thing that can be done is shuffling with the use of help intent.

I saw it happen about 1 week ago, and I tested it on an up to date local.
