drop pod minimap can't select a drop location

Description

i wanted to pod in on a map and couldn't regardless of where i clicked (all of map didn't work)

Reproduction Steps

1. be a marine
2. go to pods
3. get in pod
4. click to drop to a spot
5. click all over the map, with no confirmation of location selection
6. try other pods
7. can't do it

not related to the visibility of the tile behind the map, it's just not possible regardless
