Luigi is often difficult or not intuitive.
These are ideas to improve its documentation, to help future users.

  • Dependencies (and run -> yield) are not run in order!
  • Mention --workers option
  • No in memory state! (Always write to a "file").
  • output runs before requires (link) ...

When luigi.toml is not found (because LUIGI_CONFIG_PATH is incorrect e.g.), there is no useful error message at all.
