I've asked about this before and just can't remember if there was an obvious answer, so capturing as a ticket so I can look it up more easily if it happens again.

I'd love to track this down. So far, I haven't been able to reproduce. It might be useful to push to staging as well in the CI runs where we have more logging debug logging enabled.
