Add headline style for full width graphics to graphics.scss, or use Queso

Desired feature:
We use a bigger font size for the headline and chatter for full width graphics. Some examples:

For the headline in these bigger graphics, we've been using line-height: 28px; font-size: 23px; and for the chatter, we've been using line-height: 22px; font-size: 16px;. We could also opt to use Queso sizes to keep everything consistent. Either way, it'd be helpful have these styles easily accessible in the kit.
