Specify newsapps as aws profile

Hi mandi, I forgot to mention this —

My default AWS config was different from my newsapps one, so the deploy scripts weren't working. But adding this (line 21) to utils/deployment/s3.js fixed it:

AWS.config.credentials = new AWS.SharedIniFileCredentials({ profile: 'newsapps' });
