Change label "contribution-starter" to a GH-surfaced issue tag?

We will need to change the link to "contribution-starter" in the readme to the new link, which should be https://github.com/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3Agood-first-issue+user%3Atessel when ready

huh, I'm not sure whether they actually do something with this or just promote it heavily? Links out to https://help.github.com/articles/helping-new-contributors-find-your-project-with-labels/ which looks like they want you to have the label but not like they use it
