If we can't do this, we need to print target URL to status bar for manual open.

I didn't find a way open in browser feature inside container.
To handle it:

1 ) Is running inside container?
1.a ) Yes -> Then, print the URL to status bar.
1.a ) example : Can't open browser, please open manually : https://github.com..."
1.b ) No -> Open in browser
