Teller new currently fails in master branch #200

Expected Behavior

teller new should successfully build a .teller.yml file.

Current Behavior

Fails with the following error:

FATA[0004] could not create configuration                error="template: t:276: function \"stage\" not defined"

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

  1. clone master branch
  2. teller new, pick any secret provider
  3. get error

Looks like this potentially broke on this PR: 358cd83, on this specific change: 358cd83#diff-e09777dd1d6aec9d5e8f8fdedbaa77ba1b2581da56d81d99ea64e94a1b71cc06
