Streaming do not work with indian phone number

Steps to reproduce

1. Stream via Desktop with "stream with"option (720p 4kbit\s video) in OBS
2. Or streaming via phone (iphone)

Expected behaviour

Worked fine before with desktop and phone versions with no issues. All settings and telegram version are the same.

Actual behaviour

Streaming with very poor quality, a lot of dropped frames, audio corrupted. Works better with VPN enable but not good enough. Internet connection is stable and speed high enough.
