Not refreshing automatically!

How can I enable automatic refreshing so that the values on my site automatically refresh after changing them?
I cannot seem to find a valid way to do so at the moment, and have to press reload table from the configuration menu everytime I want to update the table on the website.

Is it possible to add a reload button on the deployed website itself maybe? So it would not need to constantly update, only when needed.
