It has been reported that when you rotate the screen with tv out enabled, you see a green bar at the bottom of the screen.
Because the aries binaries were backported here: teamacid/proprietary_vendor_samsung@68c0564
We may also need to port the aries fimc drivers (which include the tvout driver) to complete the fix.
I separated out the bugs because the first one fixes the user-space issue. This bug is for the kernel issue.
