Describe the bug

Running tauri dev with the create-react-app template for create-tauri-app opens a browser window for the dev server.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run create-tauri-app
  2. Choose the create-react-app template
  3. Run yarn tauri dev or cargo tauri dev
  4. See error

Expected Behaviour

The dev server should only be loaded in the app window and no browser window should be opened.
