dreamland is a wrapper around libdream. Often, we need to work on Tau first, such as adding fixtures, and then update Dreamland. Keeping Dreamland in its own repository is slowing things down. I suggest moving it to this repository. This is not set in stone, but I propose renaming cli to server and moving dreamland inside dream at the root of the repository.
