Separation between creating, signing and broadcasting TXs

I'm toying with an MPC based wallet where I manually have to sign the transaction before broadcasting.

A seperation between Creating, Signing and BroadCasting transactions

Describe alternatives you've considered
Creating a custom RPC provider with MPC support.

Additional context
Separation could be usefull for Tatum to be used on Cold storage wallets as well
