[Feature]: use pusher notifications for customer orders

What is the feature?

When a customer places an order, the Sales-> Orders list should be updated without the need to refresh the page.
At the same time when an order is updated by the staff in Sales->Orders the customer order status page should be updated (though as a WA it seems there is polling here ever 20-30 seconds).
