What is the feature?

I could not find any official docker images for TastyIgniter. It would be helpful if docker images of TastyIgniter was available for quick setups.

Version

3.2.x

I've uploaded a working development version using docker-compose to https://github.com/CupNoodles/TastyIgniter-1, based off of https://github.com/ThisIsQasim/TastyIgniter.

While it's not officially supported I can say that it takes about 10 minutes to spin up (you do need to spend some time setting up actual TI config values ie. php artisan tstyigniter:install) and it works rather smoothly after that.

Hi, could you describe what problems you're having? tbh I'm actually moving away from this project and am leaning towards creating a vagrant setup for TI development, which I personally find a bit more straightforward than having all these docker containers (though it does admittedly have it's cons as well).

Vagrant setup is a good idea, but i personally feel that a container image is always good as the cost of running a docker images is usually lower compared to running a VM and also the support for container images on cloud is better and easier to setup.

Yeah I agree that the cost of running a VM is quite high, but I'm also assuming that most people who use TastyIgniter are following the quick setup instructions and thus not using docker containers for production sites.

I might be wrong about that though! If a lot of the community prefers docker containers then we certainly should have an officially supported image. FWIW, I would obviously not recommend using the docker-compose script I've linked to for anything other than development, what with the hardcoded passwords and everything.

I have a computer with windows 10 and I would like to make a new theme for the client. I can't find any guide on how to do the installation setup to test and develop locally; preferably I would like to be able to do it with docker since I would not like to directly install the required packages on my computer.
