Using the Helpdesk and ZenEdit Plugin of RedmineUP there are two additional buttons ("Canned responses" and "User mentions") that are missing in the visual editor

Would be very nice if those were added :)

Note Zenedit plugin causes image URL issue. #161

I have quite some good contacts with those (very nice) people of RedmineUP. If someone could tell me what should be changed in the code on their side, I could propose a patch... Can someone provide a patch?
