Release 1.8.0 - add to package managers

We have a new release, 1.8.0: https://github.com/tamarin-prover/tamarin-prover/releases/tag/1.8.0 and would like to distribute it via package managers again.

We do have a linuxbrew bottle and a MacOS bottle (non-M1) and requested someone for the M1 bottle already.

Further, could we please get help again for Arch Linux @felixonmars and Nix/Nix OS @thoughtpolice ? Many thanks in advance!
