Bug description

The training GUI has long since become overgrown in size. In the past, it was a minimalist design decision to leave-out a scrollbar from the Training/Inference GUI, but reluctance to remove features has yielded a much too large GUI. This becomes a problem when users on smaller screens are unable to fit the GUI and therefore cannot select certain buttons:

Notice how the GUI is slightly obscured by Dock (bottom left). This is a 14" screen, so for smaller screens this problem becomes pretty bad.

This is a blocker for #1003.

Expected behaviour

The training GUI should be resizable and have a scroll element that makes resizing possible.

Actual behaviour

The GUI cannot be resized and therefore certain buttons are off-screen on smaller screens.

Your personal set up

  • OS: mac 13.4
  • Version(s): SLEAP v1.3.3, python 3.9
