KDE Explorer App

Idea is to make a simple, interactive Application for Exploring Kernel Density Estimator (KDE) parameterization

• Load the counties where White Nose Syndrome (WNS) or PD has been detected or suspected.
• Create a KDE from the county centroids.
• Add widget for changing the years used for the analysis.
• Add widgets to change the parameters used for KDE calculation.
• Add widgets for changing layers displayed on output map.
