A*CACHE signals not in tvip_axi_if.sv

Hi,

I picked up latest master branch to get W->AW master_driver change but it looks like latest code base is not backward compatible with what was there at the beginning of the year (are there any release names to talk about rather than dates?)

My question is, some of the AXI-4 signals are missing from the interface e.g. AWCACHE, ARCACHE Is this intentional?

I've implemented AXI features which I'm using only.
Therefore, some features, such as a*cache signals, are not implemented yet.

If you want such features, you can implement it by yourself and open a PR, or open an issue for enhancement.
