Currently pressing twice Page Down fastforwards to the next slide. However the beginning of the animation is visible between the two times the button is pressed.
I suggest:

  1. Mapping Shfit+Page Down for this action (we can keep Page Down + Page Down for backward compatibility)
  2. Also mapping double clicking on the >> sign below to this action so that this is doable without a keyboard.

Two questions.

  • I do not completely understand point 2. If you double-click, you exactly obtain "go to the next slide" then "skip the animation", no?
  • You can now control the speed of the animations by changing the FPS in the menu. Put FPS = 10000 and you do not see the animations anymore. Would that solution be ok?
