Hi, I just managed installing Tableaunoir on a Yunohost instance.
It seem's to work perfectly, including the backend part (using Redirect app for nginx proxy pass).
As Yunohost is a great tool for self-hosting, I think it would be great to have a Tableaunoir native app. Did you ever consider this ?
In a educational context, it would be complementary to the Galene app that already exists.
If there is no project for this, I could eventually take a look, but if someone more experienced wants to try...
Thanks for this job,
Yannick

Hi! Thank you for posting this issue! This is a very nice idea.
Actually, to run the Tableaunoir native app, one needs to install electron and to run electron mainElectron.js. But, it would be nice to have some package and to be able to install Tableaunoir via "sudo apt-get install tableaunoir". But I have no experience in creating a package.
Have a nice day.
Yunohost makes the administration of a server very simple. A "yunohost app" is a compilation of scripts which automatizes the installation of a web app. A lot of applications for distance learning are available (see https://yunohost.org/en/apps) : Matrix/Element, Jupyterlab, Moodle, CodiMD, Galene....
It's possible to install custom webapps, that's the way I installed Tableaunoir. It's quite simple, but an automatized procedure would be great.
If nobody does it,I will take a look, after the start of the school year...
