timepicker not working properly

Hello, I am examining the time zone on the demo page, but it does not change the time stably, there is a problem, for example, when I go to the clock with the mouse, small boxes appear, but they are not visible, but they are visible when I click randomly with the mouse. Random hours appear, I cannot enter the time I want, it is very bad to use or there is a bug.

Instead of invisible little boxes, there could be a right and left scroll bar, or when I click on the clock, there could be an up and down scroll bar. Because the user clicks directly on the clock to change the time but sees that he can't do it. So I did that, everything is very nice but the use of the watch is very bad.I gave up using it just because of this problem
