[QUESTION] IS CASYNC in someway manages interrupted downloads? #254

Hi

This is not an issue but rather a question to developers .

Need info if CASYNC manages to resume download if the last download was interrupted due to network unavailability
If not directly resume does any way it avoids downloading chunks which were already downloaded in last successful network session.

I am not sure of this. Not able to get info in documentation regarding this.
If somebody can clarify this will be a great help.
