When I try to install it shows this:

Looking at the contents of http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/s/sysstat/ we see the following 12.5.2 files

Note the absence of sysstat_12.5.2-2ubuntu0.1_amd64.deb.

Appears to be a problem with the contents of the Ubuntu repo, rather than with sysstat itself.
