Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In synfig currently, scrolling on the timeline bar zooms the timeline, but we can also zoom the timeline by using ctrl+scroll.

Describe the solution you'd like
My feature request is, scrolling on the timeline bar should change the current time of the animation.
