sy.bat does not allow spaces in the directory path, then tries to execute the rest of the path name as a batch file. I hope it doesn't allow remote code execution.
The error I see on the screen without debugging is 'and' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
Operating system:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Sync\V1>if not exist ""C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Syncany"" mkdir ""C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Syncany"" 'and' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
