Hi,
1st of all, this lib is unreal, great stuff.
That said, I have a problem at hand that is probably crashing it.
Context:
I define linear and circular trajectory for an object. x&y are parametric functions of
t
. So I can get position P of object at timet
after defining the trajectory with 2 or 3 points and respective times[(x1, y1, t1), (x2, y2, t2), (x3, y3, t3)]
"(x3, y3, t3)" is ignored in Linear... that's simple, one dot moving in time.Then I have a circle (or oval) that grows with
t
.I expressed the circle domain in terms of trajectory.x and trajectory.y to find (x, y, t) of collision (intersection).
So far so good. When I use Circular trajectory, 2 problems:
intersect = IntersectObject(trajectoryModel, growingOval)
never comes backvisual
https://www.desmos.com/calculator/hoxe6jjuuo (play with
t
bar to see how trajectory and curve interacts)Any hint on how to improve this implementation or workaround is appreciated.
