Affected Symphony version(s) : 2.7.10
PHP version(s) : 7.3.18
MySQL version(s): 5.7.25-28-log
OS(es) : server OS unknown

Seem to be getting a fatal error after install of symphony 2.7.10 on new server environment.

Screen grab shows full error. Is this PHP version related?

Any thoughts welcome. Been out of the loop on development of framework for a while and needed to update a few sites and encountered this.
