English: Mathematical Double-Struck Capital X
Wrong German: Mathematische Doppelschlaghauptstadt X 饾晱
Suggestion: Mathematischer Doppelschlag Gro脽buchstabe X 饾晱

Capital in that context has the meaning of "Capital Letter" (German: Gro脽buchstabe or Kapital[e]) and not "Capital City" (German: Hauptstadt).
The same is valid also for some other letters in https://symbl.cc/de/unicode/blocks/mathematical-alphanumeric-symbols.
"Hauptstadt" has to be corrected to "Gro脽buchstabe" (or eventually "Kapital") also there.
