Not able to copy shift out or file separator symbol to notepad. #203

I am not able to copy the symbol like shift out, file separator to my local editors like notepad, word etc.

Same issue for Horizontal tabulation.

Reproduction steps:

Visit page for Horizontal Tabulation (U+0009).
Try to copy the character (clicking Copy button, or select it and press Ctrl+C)
Paste the clipboard content elsewhere, e.g. in a text editor.

Expected behavior:

A tabulation (U+0009) is pasted.

Actual behavior:

A private-area character (U+E409) is pasted.
