Improve communication about food/coffee

We received many questions about the food and coffee during the conference. Many people didn't know that we offered food and if yes, which type. Next time, we should send an email to everyone before the start of the conference so that people can already decide where to eat and drink.

Please also tell your caterer next time to clearly indicate which food is vegetarian. Labels besides each food item or a list of available food and if it contains non-veg ingredients would be really helpful.
