Add lighting talks

Now, I always hated lighting talks with people seating and taking place to hear a 5 minutes presentation.
What I would like to propose is something related to #7 and #6.
Between the sessions, we can have lighting talks about interesting topics that people can listen before going in a new session.

I envision them in this way: a big screen 42" up to 50" with stand, a mic and a small speaker to make sure people interested can hear.

So, how the interaction works: people leaving the rooms and interested in the lighting talk get their coffee and walk in the zone where the lighting talk is happening. People listen to the lighting talk while standing and having the drink, once the lighting talk is finished, they move to the new session.

Lighting talks are also a great way to find new speakers and hidden gems! :)

I like the idea of lightning talks. I remember talking with someone during the party and I remember a guy who attended a conference in Paris with many lightning talks throughout the day. His opinion was that lightning talks are great but they must be limited. A full talk is much more enjoyable on the side of acquiring the skills that the presenter is explaining.
Lightning talks would be great. We have to clarify if people would like to have break as full break (and relax a little bit) or some of them would also like to listen to something while having a coffee. 👍

I wouldn't put many stations for lighting talks, just one, nor flood the schedule with them I think 4 lighting talks in a single day are enough 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, that's it.

I think some ppl prefer a complete rest, others would like to listen to something short and interesting. Lighting talks are really hard to prepare, they have to be more like "hey check this cool thing" and make people curious about a topic to later invest more time over it. Said that, I think lighting talks can be a powerful instrument for less known projects and for people who want to try the speaker experience, plus they can be really entertaining to the people who are interested in the topic. Some people want to rest, some other are maybe not fully interested in the upcoming session, so they watch the lighting talk and then they maybe skip a session. I think including them in a very lean way might be the case. :)
