Feature: Support links in format Page#Section

Obsidian supports wiki links in the form `[[Page Title|Section Name]].

This would be great here, too.

Even with Zettelkasten it is possible that a markdown file has multiple sections, for instance in case of 'biblekasten`, when each chapter of the Bible is in a separate file, but not every verse.
