Responsive Profile page

The profile page should change the layout and visible content based on viewport size. So far I'm thinking of having a 3-tab layout on sm and xs, where the tabs are Posts, Photos, and About. The xl and lg layouts will remain the same as they now, and the md layout should just drop the right side column.
I'm not actually sure how this will turn out, but it's my best idea for the responsive profile layout so far. I'm definitely open to input on this.
