This project will contain registration code demonstrating the papers i have written on the subject The first part here is just a notebook implementing LORDWI for FFD the papers to cite if you use this code is

The notebook will run a simple b-spline registration on 2 HCP subjects. You will have to download them your self or substistute them with other samples The code is based on pytoch primarily an will run on gpu if it has sufficient memory (min 32 GB)
