App not installed (Samsung, 9.0 Pie)

Hello. After the OneUI Update I can't install the themes anymore. There's always the error: "app not installed"

Before it was working perfectely. Pls help

Most devices cannot use substratum themes on OneUI without root. E-mail the themer with your device name to know if yours is supposed to work or not.
