Links to stuyspec/stuyspec-api#99. We already have a subscribers list that is collected through the website. At the same time, it is collected manually when asked by EICs. We need to figure out if we can create a more streamlined way of providing it to EICs, and perhaps even having an automatic newspaper sent out. Quite ambitious, so inform us if you're planning on doing this!
