[FEATURE] Support grid and list layouts for book/series navigation

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently only grid layout with a fixed page size is supported. Technically the page size can be controlled in the URL, but it is a hidden feature 😉

I'd like to support two main layouts while navigating books and series within a library:

1. Grid (what exists today)
2. List/Table

For each layout, the following should be generally supported:

• Filtering / ordering
• Page size adjustments
• Search

Additional context

This has been requested a few times on Discord, and I briefly mentioned it in #245, but it is large and important enough to be broken out for isolated tracking.
