When the drug price calculator runs into a value of $0.000, it assumes this is the maximum price that will be covered, rather than the LCA not applying/existing.
Proposed Fix
Rework the calculator function to require the LCA to be a number and > 0 before applying LCA/MAC pricing.
Other Details
Issue seems to be with inconsistency with how the ABC iDBL reflects no LCA/MAC price (usually does "N/A", but sometimes uses $0.000
