I'm planning to merge more than 30 ATAC datasets. is there any good way to do that?
I followed the Merging objects and scATAC-seq data integration vignettes for the first 10 samples, and I want to keep adding more samples in the future. Besides re-doing the entire dataset and the common peak set every time, is there any good way that I can add the new dataset to the previously merged one?
